Self:: You brace yourself for impact.
Others:: Gznang braces himself for impact.

Has a no arguments, targeted mode.

Self:: You brace yourself against Womble and Cabbage.
Target:: Gznang braces himself against you.
Others:: Gznang braces himself against Womble and Cabbage.
