Others:: Axion bleats.

For the arguments:

[like a lamb, like a goat, happily, evilly, devilishly, impishly, cheekily, idiotically, like a wolf in sheep's clothing, like a sheep in wolves' clothing, #]

Self:: You bleat like a lamb.
Others:: Axion bleats like a lamb.

Has a no arguments, targeted mode.

Self:: You bleat at Womble and Cabbage.
Target:: Axion bleats at you.
Others:: Axion bleats at Womble and Cabbage.

For the arguments:
