Long way back to AM

Otherwise this place is great, but it takes a long way to trek back to AM to
get some cash and xp. Any way of getting through this problem?
(A broom-trip from here to AM?) Also the carriage rides from
Bad Ass require money, which low-level players lack so much. :)
