Description
One of the punishments that the magistrates of a player council can give in response to a court case is banishment from their city. A banished player will be removed from the city by the local authorities if they are seen in the area.
As well, shops and services in that city may be closed to them, as they are seen by upstanding merchants as being unwelcome.
