Name
cast - Spell casting
Syntax
cast <spell> [from <scroll>] [at|on <target|targets>]
[using <components>] [with <argument>]
Description
Cast is used when you want to activate a spell that you have remembered, been taught or found in a scroll on your adventures. You must use cast followed by the spell you wish to cast followed by any information that is appropriate to the spell.
Components will be automatically retrieved from containers identified as "component pouch" when a spell is cast.
You can stop casting the spell with "stop spell" but this, and failure itself, may have some unpleasant side-effects.
Remember that priests must use the command 'perform' for rituals.
