We'll be staying at the St. Giles Hotel, Heathrow, London, as in the previous two years.

Cost

There is a special reservation number to quote ("R128773"), and in a change to previous years, each of you will be responsible for making your own booking. I would ask that you also let me know when you have made your bookings, and the people and dates these bookings cover. Details on how to make bookings are given below. A number of rooms have been initially reserved for us to book. If we need more rooms, we will get back in contact with the Reservations Manager.

Please note that we have been given new room rates, and these are as follows (per night), and are inclusive of VAT, Service and European Buffet Breakfast:

(*) While we have been quoted this rate, I believe there is a maximum of 3 adults in a family room. Please check with the hotel before confirming your bookings.

There are a few points of fine detail to the bookings. Please pay attention to these! They are as follows:

The hotel will hold these rooms until Friday 18th January by which date they expect to receive confirmation of all confirmed rooms (including rooming list). Any unconfirmed rooms will be released. After this date, any further rooms needed will be on a request basis. You will need to provide credit card details as a guarantee for your booking. Any cancellations after the release date will need to be done no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date.
