What is burden? It says I am too burdened to take something.
Your burdened percent (seen by using the command 'score burden') indicates how many things you are able to carry.

For example, you will be unburdened and able to carry lots more if your burdened percentage is around ten. You will be burdened and unable to carry much more at all if your burdened percentage is any higher than around ninety.
